SHIPPING POLICY

Your item will incorporate Ashes or Hair. We treat the ashes and hair you send us with the utmost care and respect. Whilst they are in our care they will be clearly labelled and stored in separate order bags along with your order details.

Each piece of Jewellery will be separately and individually crafted for you by our highly skilled Jewellers.

We need one teaspoon of ashes per item made. Any unused ashes will be returned to you with the piece.

Sent and delivered using specialist couriers - Once your order is placed either online or via the phone on 01903 216425 we will then post you an order pack. The pack will contain everything you require to send us the ashes. Once your piece is complete, we will call you to confirm delivery.
 
Completion of Online Orders - We aim to ship completed orders within 2-4 weeks of your ashes being received. Your order will be sent out using our courier network or Royal Mail. Deliveries are Monday to Friday only. We will call you to let you know your order is complete and confirm the delivery day with you.

Completion of Direct or Orders via mail - We aim to ship completed orders within 4-6 weeks of your order being placed. Your order will be sent out using our courier network or Royal Mail. Deliveries are Monday to Friday only. We will call you to let you know your order is complete and confirm the delivery day with you. 
 
Shipping

All mainland uk orders have a £6.95 flat rate cost for delivery and are generally sent using specialist couriers. Deliveries are Monday to Friday only. We will call you to let you know your order is complete and confirm the delivery day with you. We will not send your order out until we have confirmed delivery with you. We do this as we believe precious items should be in and out of the delivery network as quickly as possible so we like to ensure that someone will be available to accept deliveries.

All orders can be collected from one of our studios for free.

International shipping is on our website as a charge of £50. This is an estimate only, for exact figures please get in touch and we will provide you with a quote. Import Duty/Charges may apply and are payable direct to your customs office.

Delivery 

Whilst we use next day services for all of our deliveries, delivery times, on rare occasions, can be slower than normal. Tracking codes for delivery details will be sent to the email provided with your order.
